Grispen is a consulting company that provides a wide variety of business services. It was founded in 2015 by Alexis Grillot and Kimberly Spencer, from France and Nicaragua. Together they combine an international experience with deep knowledge of the regional business environment. Our goal is to convey innovation and expertise in the administration and management of projects. We focus on creating world-class organizations using proven methods and principles.
The Grispen logo represents a wax seal. These wax seals were commonly used during the middle ages to provide the certification and quality of the firm.
Alexis Grillot was born and raised in France. He graduated with honors from the French university of engineers of Grenoble INP - Genie industriel. During his studies in industrial engineering, he went to Chalmers University in Gothenburg, Sweden to take his master's degree in Total Quality Management.
After his master's degree, Alexis worked in Aberdeen, Scotland for a gas and oil company and then moved to Houston, Texas, USA. He worked for two international companies (Technip and British Petroleum) executing projects from $ 30m to $ 2B. The projects led them to work in the United States, France, England, West Africa, Trinidad and Tobago.
In the course of his work, Alexis completed the Professional Project Administration (APP) certification of the renowned world-class institution

Kimberly Spencer graduated from St. Edwards University in Austin, Texas with a double degree in Business Administration and Marketing. Followed by a Postgraduate in Supply Chain Management, Logistics and Operations.
Since 2010 Kimberly has worked at Sacos Macen, a company in Nicaragua where he started as a Junior Administrator. She was promoted to Production Manager, with 300 people under her leadership. It focused on reducing production costs, lowering staff turnover and increasing productivity.
After exceeding projected expectations, Kimberly was promoted to serve as Production and Operations Director. He renewed the company using modern production tools and processes, resulting in a double increase in production capacity and a 20% reduction in cost.
