The consulting work happens in 3 phases as described below. At the end of each phase, a gate review (meeting with you, our client) will determine the success of the phase. During this gate review, you either decide to proceed to the next phase or to recycle the work in the same stage.

All work begins with an assessment period. During this time, we will audit your company on the agreed area (quality, management, production, operations and projects). We will study how your organization is performing, both the strengths and the potential area of improvements.

Once the recommendations have been agreed, Grispen will work hand in hand with your leadership team to implement the changes to reduce risks and triggers the gain in value. Because a machine is worthless without the manual, the implementation phase is the most critical to ensure the full benefit of the changes. During the implementation, we will define a set of indicators to gauge the added value.
